The Territory
The place where we work is an unspoiled land of wild beauty, fully expressed in the still white wine that bears its name.
The Custoza production area is located in the moraine hills south-east of Lake Garda. It includes the municipalities of Sommacampagna, Valeggio sul Mincio, Villafranca di Verona, Bussolengo, and Sona.
The grape varieties include garganega, trebbiano toscano, trebbianello, cortese fernanda, malvasia toscana, riesling italico, sauvignon, pinot blanc, and chardonnay.
A good part of this area overlaps with the Bardolino DOC area, so red grape varieties such as corvina, rondinella, molinara, and cabernet sauvignon are also present.
